Once our client agrees to the interview, we spend a significant amount of time preparing you for the meeting. We will educate you with position specifics, management team personalities, interview styles, and company background information. Once the interview is completed we require our candidates to call us with interview feedback. This enables us to answer any questions the client may have as well as give the client reinforcement of your interest in the position. Straight forward interview feedback is always conveyed as soon as possible.
